Take a break by the sea, in a wonderful location. Practice and learn yoga and meditation with me! This is simply one of the most beautiful experience you can do! Four days of holiday-retreat with two daily sessions of yoga and meditations outdoor and planty of free time in between to enjoy the place as you wish!
Our intention is to accompany your days with joy and kindness, to help you being more mindful, in connection with yourself and with others, relaxed and regenerated.
The sessions are suitable for all levels and the style of movements is contemporary, innovative and artistic. An unconventional practice, out of the traditional “yoga box”, that encounters and speaks to the body and mind of today’s individual.
The preactice will be held outdoors, at the beach, in the privat garden of the Villa or in a Mongolian Yurt tent in the wild land next to the house where is possible to enjoy amazing sunsets.
This is not a yoga resort but a private propriety, you can expect a friendly and easy going enviroment. We kindly ask you to respect the space and the others as if it would be your home and your family.
4 days, 7 Yoga and Meditation sessions, welcome and closing ceremonies accompanied by a delicious vegetarian buffet (of excellent local products) and an optional excursion to the magnificent bauxite quarry.

All meals are totally self organized, we have an indoor and outdoor kitchen and bbq available for all participatans. Local food shops and supermarket are 10/20 min away by feet. Optionally you can rent a bike.

Otranto is located in the heart of the Mediterranean, the “Gateway to the East“ which has always marked that subtle border between east and west in the beautiful area of Salento. the city is among the most important and beautiful national tourist destinations. It fascinates the visitor not only for its sea and for the diversity of the coasts, but also for its history, for its artistic and cultural beauties. Unesco heritage since 2010. In May you can aspect to have 25 degrees and no tourist crowd.
The overnight stay and the course will take place in the spaces of an incredible historic Villa. Additionally, we offer more rooms and apartments in a beautiful and modern location just 700 meters away from the Villa. In both cases, you are welcome to extend your stay according to your wishes and needs covering te accomododations costs only.
Immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, it is located 1 km away from the suggestive historical city centre. Surrounded by 1000 sqm garden with kitchen, barbeque and a 25 sqm Yurt tent. The Villa is just 100 meters away from the sea, with private access to a splendid beach. A few more meters away you can reach a rocky bay with crystal clear water, known as the “Canalone”.
The Villa is spread over two floors, upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, two of which have a terrace, a single bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor, two large living rooms, equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In the garden, there is a large gazebo with a barbeque and a wood oven available for guests.

Apartments located in the same building, just 300 meters from the sea and the historic city centre and 700 meter away from the Villa. The accommodations cover a wide range of needs for all participants, are furnished in a modern way and equipped with all comforts.

With an additional 20 EUR per person, we can organize a transfer from Lecce. For those coming from abroad, we recommend flying to Brindisi (or Bari) and reaching Lecce with a direct train connection or with the bus, directly from the airport. Optinally you could consider the possibility of renting a car, expecially if you wish to move around during and after the rerteat. We infact give you the possibility to stay longer or arriving earlier covering just the accomodations costs. Contact us for more info.

Compensare con il cibo quando si è stressati è una tendenza di molti. Avere i sensi di colpa per aver mangiato troppo e/o male lo è altrettanto. Avere un corpo da modella non e´ l’obbiettivo, piuttosto mantenersi sani e sentirsi in armonia con il proprio corpo. Come risolvere questo circolo vizioso che col tempo porta ad un maggiore stress e malsana nutrizione?
In questo incontro si parlerà di MINDFULNESS e MINDFUL EATING, un approccio pratico ed efficace per far fronte a questo tipo di difficoltà` che integrato dalla pratica di yoga e meditazione porta ottimi risultati!
Dalla ragazza sportiva alla donna in menopausa, da chi ha problemi con insulina a chi soffre di PCOS, e chi di problemi non ne ha affatto, c’e´ qualcosa che spesso accomuna tutti questi casi: trovare conforto nel cibo.

La biologa e nutrizionista specializzata Monica Antoniucci e Martina Trabucco, istruttrice certificata a livello internazionale di yoga zen e meditazione, vi guideranno mediante esercizi pratici ed interattivi, per ritrovare una connessione con il proprio corpo e riconoscere i segnali che ci invia. Lo scopo e´ quello di imparare come raggiungere il vostro benessere.
Nello specifico si parlerà di:
Accettazione e consapevolezza del proprio corpo
Cibi buoni vs Cibi cattivi: i sensi di colpa
Senso di fame e sazietà, come riconoscerli
Raggiungere il proprio peso/forma mangiando intuitivamente con esempi di un’alimentazione bilanciata e cucita su di te.
Tra un argomento e l’altro faremo degli esercizi di yoga e meditazione per imparare a gestire lo stress nel modo più salutare possibile. Dulcis in fundo, concluderemo il nostro seminario con una pratica di rilassamento guidata!

La dott.ssa Monica Antoniucci è una biologo nutrizionista formatasi a Roma presso l’università di Tor Vergata con il massimo dei voti nel 2012. Successivamente ha frequentato un master in dietetica e nutrizione ed aperto il suo studio privato nel 2014 a Roma. Da poco ha aperto una studio a Berlino dove ora esercita regolarmente. Monica è specializzata in diete personalizzate per la perdita di peso, situazioni cliniche quali squilibri ormonali, tiroiditi, insulino-resistenza, disturbi gastro-intestinali e nutre una passione particolare per la nutrizione sportiva. Si è avvicinata al mondo del Non-diet approach e mindful eating proveniente dagli stati uniti negli ultimi 2 anni, constatando che di fatto la dieta non può portare ad un successo concreto e duraturo se si hanno problemi di relazione col cibo. Compensating with food when stressed is a tendency of many. Feeling guilty about eating too much and / or badly is just as usual. Having a top model-body is not the goal, but rather to stay healthy and feel in harmony with your own body. How to solve this vicious circle that over time leads to a greater accumulation of stress and discomfort?
During this seminary we will talk about MINDFULNESS and MINDFUL EATING, an effective practice to cope with this type of difficulty that integrated with the practice of yoga and meditation brings excellent results!
From the sporty girl to the menopausal woman, from those who have problems with insulin to those who suffer from PCOS and those who have no problems at all, there is something that often brings all these cases together: falling back into compensating with food.
If you have tried so many diets but are dissatisfied with the results, if you do not like / accept and refuse to go on a diet because you like to eat then this workshop is for you!
The specialist biologist and nutritionist Monica Antoniucci and Martina Trabucco, internationally certified yoga and meditation yoga instructor, will guide you through practical and interactive exercises, to find a connection with your body and recognize the signals it sends us. The purpose is to learn how to reach your well-being.

Between one topic and another we will practice yoga and meditation exercises to learn how to manage stress and anxiety in the healthiest way possible. Last but not least, we will conclude our seminar with a guided relaxation practice!

Monica Antoniucci is a nutritionist biologist trained in Rome at the University of Tor Vergata with honors in 2012. Subsequently she attended a master’s degree in dietetics and nutrition and opened her private studio in 2014 in Rome. She recently opened a studio in Berlin where she now practices regularly. Monica is specializds in customized diets for weight loss, clinical situations such as hormonal imbalances, thyroiditis, insulin resistance, gastro-intestinal disorders and nourishes a particular passion for sports nutrition. She has approached the world of the Non-diet approach and mindful eating from the United States over the past 2 years, noting that in fact the diet cannot lead to a concrete and lasting success if there are problems with the relationship with food. Stress or emotional hunger is a problem that concerns the vast majority of its patients and with whom it works a lot to bring them to a healthy lifestyle, maintaining physical fitness, where everything is allowed but with awareness of what it really does good not only in the physical state but above all in the mental state.

Would you like to learn how to build the right foundations for handstand? Do you fear inversions? Do you want to learn how to embrace fear and meet your inner courage and trust? Do you want have fun and meet new people?
This is the right experience for you! 🙂
During this workshop you will learn step by step, through individual and partner exercises, how to build the necessary strength to practice handstand. We will practice all together, learning more about anatomy, biomechanics and actions of this posture in a functional way. To build strength and confidence it takes time, with this workshop you will be able to learn great tools to improve your own practice. The aim of this workshop is to provide you a stable ground for your own growth.
