Yoga Retreat by the Mediterranean Sea

Yoga, meditation, nature, local culture and delicious food!

A retreat and holiday located in a wonderful rustic Villa (Otranto) with private access to the sea. Daily yoga and meditation sessions. Plenty of free time to explore the surroundings, relax and enjoy good company.

7 nights of accommodation, daily yoga & meditation practice, delicious vegetarian local food and two excursions.

with nature and with the group.

The practice is suitable for all levels and is designed with a contemporary, innovative and artistic approach. A non-dogmatic practice that communicates to the body and mind of today’s individual.

The practice will be held outdoors.

 The Program

Check-in is respectively on 22.05 and 25.09,

and check-out is on 29.05 and 02.10.

Each package includes 7 nights,

5 full days with two daily practices and one extra day of rest to enjoy your time as you wish. Two delicious vegetarian meals of local products are included but the last free day is up to you!

Included are also two excursions. A one-day trip to the magnificent bauxite quarry and the “Orte” cliff and a visit to the beautiful cathedral in town and to the photo exhibition at the historical Castel.

Private transportation from and to the Lecce train station to Otranto and vice-versa is also included.

Otranto

Otranto is located in the heart of the Mediterranean, the “Gateway to the East” which has always marked that subtle border between East and west in the beautiful area of Salento. The city is among the most important and beautiful national tourist destinations. Unesco heritage since 2010, it fascinates the visitor not only for its sea and the diversity of the coasts but also for its history, for its artistic and cultural beauties.

Overnight stay

Shared and single accommodations in the Villa or in independent and modern apartments in the city centre.

The Villa

Immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and 1 km away from the suggestive historical city centre and surrounded by 1000 sqm land and with private access to the beach and a rocky bay known as the “Canalone”.

The Villa is spread over two floors, upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which have a terrace, and a bathroom. On the ground floor, two large living rooms, equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

This is not a yoga resort but a private property with all the basic comforts for easy-going people who enjoy sharing a space.

Erika’s places

Apartments located in a family property just 300 m. from the sea and the historic city centre – 700 m. away from the Villa.

The accommodations are furnished in a modern way and are equipped with all comforts. We can offer two-rooms-apartments (to share with up to 4 people or as a single) and a comfortable room with a double bed and a private toilet.

Practical info

For people flying, we suggest booking Berlin-Brindisi with a change in Milan. You will be easily able to get a train to Lecce from there. People travelling by train can arrive at Lecce train station. We will provide a private transfer from Lecce on your arrival. Please travel as lightly as possible to simplify the car transfer.

Booking and cancellation policy

Reservation: 200€

The rest of the fee has to be paid at the latest 30 days previous the retreat. Payment in instalments is also possible.

In case of cancellation by the organizer, the full amount will be refunded. 

Until 30 days’ notice by your side, we will provide a refund of 100% of the payment, until 15 days’ notice 50% only. After that, no refund will be issued.
